LendersLINK specializes in negotiating the purchase of Lender REO's. Our network of servicers and banks are open to solicitation on transactions requiring bulk purchase of non performing portfolios/assets. We are interested in talking to any investor with a minimum of $10M+ in capital to invest in groups of homes. The negotiation on the write down would be transacted by LendersLINK at a predetermined fee.
We will assist in the due diligence process in addition to property inspections.
